Every candle we craft is a vow. This is the code we live by.

At the Knights Forge Candle Company, out candles aren't just products they're forges with purpose, precision, and pride. Inspired by the craftsmanship of the old-world blacksmiths we hold each creation to a standard rooted in honor and intention. Before a candle leaves our workshop, it must pass through a set of questions we call the blacksmiths code.

Every candle must provide more than light -- it must call meaning comfort, or memory.

We honor integrity, tradition, and authenticity in every step of our process.

If that answer isn't a full-hearted yes, it doesn't ship.

This code isn't just about quality it's about integrity. It's the same care a blacksmith would give to forging a sword for a knight. If it bears our seal, it must be worthy
If We Fall short Our Guarantee to you
Even the finest forges may present a blade that does not strike true. If a candle you receive falls short of the Blacksmiths code if it arrives damaged, defective, or simply doesn't' meet your expectations we will make it right.

At the Knights Forge Candle Company, we pledge our craft and our word. IF your experience with our candles doesn't live up to the blacksmiths code, we'll make it right because your trust is worth more than gold.

Here's how we honor that promise
- Let us know withing 14 days of receiving your order if something isn't right

- Share the issue with us, a photo and a brief note help us understand what went wrong.

-Choose your path:
- a full refund no questions asked.
- or a replacement candle, forged anew and sent with care.
​- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the fault is ours.
-Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
-Custom or limited run items may not be eligible for return unless damaged in transit.​
